Pool and Hot Tub Status: The pool is OPEN for the 2024 season.

Oak Hills Homeowner Association Pool Facility is at 14460 Charter Oak Blvd. The pool and hot tub belong to the homeowners, residents and their guests of Oak Hills. It is the responsibility of each person to use the facilities properly.

No Dogs are allowed within pool facility. The doors lock at specific times and change throughout the year. Please pay close attention to the gate closing times.

Access

Access to the facility requires a key card and is only available to members of the Oak Hills Homeowner Association, residents, and their guests (no more than 5 guests per household). Please contact the office at 633-0103 to request access. You will be required to sign the Rules for Use of Pool and Hot Tub Agreement. These rules have been established to protect the health & safety of the people using this facility and protect the cleanliness of our pool and hot tub. Failure to comply will result in a dismissal from the pool area and possible loss of pool access card. Your HOA dues must be kept in good standing for continued access to the facility.

Safety

Please review carefully our pool rules. Security Cameras are located on premises, including the parking lot, for the safety of residents. We recommend sunscreen be applied at least 30 minutes prior to entry to the pool, otherwise sunscreen chemicals can easily wash off in the pool and upset the water’s chemical balance. We encourage parents to remind their children that the lifeguard equipment and stands are at the pool for our safety. The lifeguard stands and equipment should be used only in the case of a water emergency.

Pool Hours

Our pool season begins in early March and closes in early November. During this time, the pool opens daily at 7:00 AM. The pool closes at various times throughout the year so pay close attention to the posted hours. The swimming pool is closed November through March and at other times for regular or emergency maintenance as needed.

Pool Parties

If you wish to have a party at the facility, permission from the board and a $100 refundable deposit is required. To request authorization, please complete the Party in the Pool Agreement and return it to the office. An authorized party does not give you exclusive rights to the facility. Immediately following the party, a board member will examine the area to determine if everything is clean and undamaged. The sponsoring member will be responsible for any damages caused by party patrons.
